IMPORTANT ADDITIONS TO THE 2027 EDITION:
• Sheet sizes now given for most Indian Feudatory States issues.

• Full listing of the Indian Feudatory State of Kotah.
• New additions to several listings, including South Australia Departmental Officials and British Post Offices in China.

• Notes on coils expanded throughout.
• The description of the special watermark devised for Tonga reverts to ‘Turtles’, following evidence that this was what was originally intended.
